Support Limits of Web Hosting Bangladesh

We receive many support queries saying, My wordpress Plugin not working, My Joomla Theme is not loading properly, How do i setup "x" theme or plugin on my site? etc.

Ps. we don't provide support for any 3rd party scripts/application. All this questions can be solved on Google and not by us. Here are few issues and our support limit to help you solve them.

Website Down
If your website is down, you can sure come to us for help. But before check our article "Not able to see my website". If you still face an issue, open a ticket with technical department.


Internal Server Error
Ps. Internal Server Error shows when there is misconfiguration in your code and nowhere related to our Server. Hence, we don’t provide support for this issue. We have an article which might help you to solve this problem in our Knowledgebase.


Fatal Error
This issue arises if your website is consuming more resources than allocated. Hence, there is a need to reduce the plugin/theme usage.  Kindly reduce the usage of heavy scripts, or else you have to move your site to VPS server to satisfy its needs.


No Technical Support through Live Chat
We provide only Level – 1 support through chat, which includes basic technical queries. For any other technical query, you need to open an ticket with our technical department.

 

IP Blocked
If you are unable to see Cpanel/WHM page then it means that your IP has been blocked by server due to failed login attempts. Use our IP unblocker tool in our client area to unblock your IP.
