We have scheduled the live server upgrade on December 6th, at 11 PM UTC. Our current shared server's processors will be upgraded to a new 40 CORE CPU E5-2680 v2 along with 1.6 TB older NVMe drives to being upgraded to all new 3.8 TB New Intel NVMe drives. We certainly believe these improvements were needed to maintain our uptime and reliability in order to keep all our valued customers 100% satisfied with our services.
There will not be any downtime as it's a live server migration and you're all your IP's will remain the same after migration. We will be stopping the ftp service temporarily so that no further file uploaded during this live migration. Please ensure that no customizations/uploads on your domains are done during this window to ensure error-free migration.
We would be keeping this new thread announcement updated with migration progress once the migration has started. If you have any questions or concerns in this regard please feel free to contact technical support team.
Update 1: We have started packaging of the domains on the old server. We would soon move the backups to the new server and start the restore process.
Updare 2: Restore is currently underway, and 25% of the entire process has been completed.
Update 3: Migration is 50% completed.
Update 4: Migration still underway, 70% completed.
